50% deposit on confirmation. Pay the balance 7 days before departure. Booking within 7 days of departure: pay 100%.

15+ days before: 10% fee
14 – 8 days: 30% fee
7 – 4 days: 50% fee
Within 3 days: 100% fee

Date changes

One free date change if you tell us 10 days in advance and seats are available. If Chi Bu Trip cancels the tour, you get a 100% refund within 3 working days.
