Applies to all tours organised by Chi Bu Trip. Updated 10/2026.
• Choose a tour, departure date and number of guests, then send your request on the website, by phone or on Zalo.
• Chi Bu Trip confirms availability within 2 working hours and sends you a booking code.
• Pay the deposit as instructed. Your booking is only held once the deposit has been received.
• 3 days before departure, you receive your guide’s details, the pick-up point and a packing list.
• Prices are in VND and exclude 8% VAT.
• Under 5: free, sharing their parents’ bed. Each 2 adults may bring up to 1 infant free of charge; a second infant is charged 50%.
• Ages 5 – 9: 75% of the adult price, with their own meals and seat.
• Ages 10 and over: adult price.
• Private tours: surcharge of 40% (2 guests), 20% (3–4 guests), 10% (5–7 guests), 0% (8 guests or more).
• 50% deposit within 24 hours of receiving confirmation.
• Balance due no later than 7 days before departure.
• Bookings made within 7 days of departure: 100% payment.

Cancellations must be sent in writing by email or Zalo message. During Tết (Lunar New Year) and the 30/4 – 1/5 and 2/9 holidays: the cancellation fee is 50% if you cancel more than 15 days before, and 100% after that.
You may change your date once free of charge if you tell us 10 days in advance and the new date has seats available.
If a shared tour has fewer than 4 guests, or if weather or natural disasters affect safety, Chi Bu Trip will refund 100% of the amount paid within 3 working days, or move you to another date of your choice.
All guests are covered by travel insurance of 30 million VND per incident, which can be upgraded to 100 million VND per incident during booking.
